How can the machine be free?
We make our money on what the machine sells, not on charging you to have it. For qualifying locations — generally those with enough regular foot traffic — we cover the machine, the install and the restocking, and you pay nothing.
What counts as a qualifying location?
Most workplaces with steady daily foot traffic qualify, but it depends on your site — headcount, hours, and where the machine would sit. Tell us about your location and we will assess it and give you a straight yes or no.
Who fills and maintains it?
We do. Stocking, servicing, maintenance and performance are all handled by us — that is the point of a managed service. Nobody on your team needs to touch it.
What can we put in the machine?
Snacks and cold drinks, plus a selection of premium nutrition-focused products included at no extra cost. We adjust the range based on what your site actually buys.
How do people pay?
Card, phone and contactless — no need for staff to carry cash.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There is no lock-in contract — if the machine is not working out for your site, we will come and remove it. We would rather earn the spot than tie you to it.
